Central CA SBDC Regional Network
Helping Your Business Start, Grow and Succeed
How small businesses can create an effective strategy and understand power dynamics to promote business growth, and how business owners can become more politically involved on issues that impact them are topics of this week’s free webinar. SBDC director Kelly Bearden is joined by Jovan Agee, CEO of Agee Global Solutions, a government affairs company that partners with businesses, organizations and governments.

Bearden begins the webinar with a look at the economy and recent legislation affecting small businesses including the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA), $20 minimum wage increase for fast food workers, wage theft, and more.

This marks the 316th episode of the weekly “Webinar Wednesday” business series that provides news and information helpful to employers and business owners.
